Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom Orders: All custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact Us Before Returning an Item: Please contact EarthenWitch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Report Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • No Returns for Damaged Items Without Prior Authorization: Please do not return damaged items without first contacting us.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
